1. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods:

During the checkout process, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method. Standard shipping takes between 3-5 days, whilst next day shipping should reach you within a 24 hour period.

3. Domestic and International Shipping:

We are currently only shipping to Mainland UK.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

5. Missing or Lost Shipments:
