Every parent knows the exhaustion that comes with those early years. Nights blur into days, emotions run high, and you wonder if you’ll ever feel rested again. For me, the hardest part wasn’t always getting my little ones to sleep — it was keeping them asleep. My daughter would jolt awake the second I put her down, and my son, prone to chest infections, needed constant resettling. I was overtired, overwhelmed, and honestly, over it.

Like so many parents, I questioned myself — what am I doing wrong?

The truth is, I wasn’t failing. None of us are. We’re doing a great job… we’re just tired.

That realisation is what sparked SleepThru. I wanted to create products parents could truly trust: safe, thoughtfully designed sleep solutions that make nights a little easier. The first was the SleepThru Comforter, a safe tool parents could use to help their babies self-settle, without the dangers of loose blankets, fur, or buttons.

Alongside this, I trained as an Infant Sleep Consultant, so I could understand the science of sleep and speak to other parents with both knowledge and empathy.

Now, SleepThru is more than just one product, it’s a growing range of sleep solutions, including our new temperature-regulating sleeping bags developed with NASA technology. What hasn’t changed is our mission: to help babies and in turn parents, sleep better.
